The Parliament's web-page is newly launched and it is in a very attractive design, It was made by the support of the United Nations Development Programme and it is the demand of the times, because, as the 21st century is considered to be the century of machineries, technology and computerization, it is expedient for Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan to have its web-page on the Internet.  
             Opening and inception of the Parliament's new web-page activity is a new phenomenon in the history of the modern parliamentarianism of the Republic of Tajikistan: it is a key factor for making the general public aware of various aspects of the activity of Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
             Launching the web-page provides an opportunity to readers to get detailed acquaintance on how laws of the Republic of Tajikistan and resolutions of Majlisi Namoyandagon are drafted, proposed, considered and passed at the councils, committees, commissions and sessions.  
             Expressing my deepest gratitude to the initiators of the Parliament's web-page, we are confident that it will meet world standards of international web-pages, and, at the same time, it should promote an awareness of general public of their rights and interests and raising their legal education on this ground.  
             The web-page is recommended to a wide range of readers, because it will reflect the entire process of all sessions of Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan in three languages: Tajik, Russian and English.  We wish a good luck to persons in charge and staff of the web-page in effective and efficient work of the Parliament's web-page.
