Deputy of Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan from the republican single mandate constituency (from People Democratic Party of Tajkistan).  

Born on 10 October 1951 in Jaloliddin Rumi district of Khatlon region, Republic of Tajikistan, Uzbek by nationality. He graduated from faculty of economy of the National University of Tajikistan.

Employment: member of “Qizil Oktyabr” kolkhoz in Kolkhozobod district, instructor of Committee of Young Communist League in Kolkhozobod district, inspector of civil inspectorate committee, instructor of the organization committee of the Central Committee of Communist Party of Tajikistan in Kolkhozobod district, free secretary of party organization and chairman of “Qizil Oktyabr” farm in Kolkhozobod district, chairman of Turakhon Isanqulov farm in Kolkhozobod district, Chairman of Shahritus district, Chairman of Jilikul district of Khatlon region and Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Tajikistan in Khatlon region. Delegate of Supreme Council of Soviet Republic of Tajikistan (1990 - 1995) and delegate of Majlisi Milli Member of Majlisi Milli of Majlis Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of third convocation (2005-2010).

Born on 17 October 1943 in Khorog city, he is a Tajik, and graduated from the faculty of pover engineering at the Tehnical Univercity of Tajikistan and the Academy of Social Sciences under the Centrall Committee of Communist Party of the Soviet Union.  He is also a candidate of economics.

Employment: teacher at the Pover – technical College of Qurgonteppa city, chief engeer of stations and electricity net of GBAO, head of Industry and Transport Department of the regional Committee of CPT, inspector of the Central Committee of CPT, senior adviser of the Central Committee of CPSU by Central Committee of Democratic Party of Afghanistan, deputy head of Industry and Transport Department of the Central Committee of CPT, first secretary of the Khorog city committee of CPT, secretary of the Central Committee of CPT.

Delegate of Supreme Council of Soviet Republic of Tajikistan (1990 – 1995) and Deputy of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of first convocation (1995 – 2000), second convocation (2000-2005) and third convocation (2005 – 2010). Chairman of the Communist Party of Tajikistan.

Born on 14 July 1955 in Vanj district of Badakhson Mountainous Autonomous Region of the Republic of Tajikistan, Tajik by nationality. He graduated from engineering faculty of the Technical University of Tajikistan.

Member of Majlisi Milli of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of third convocation (2005 – 2010).
