Born 1 February 1962 in Farkhor district of Khatlon district of the Republic of Tajikistan, Tajik. Graduated from the law faculty of National University of Tajikistan.

Employment: notary of state notary office  Farkhor district, judge of regional court of Kulob region, judge of regional court of Khatlon region, Deputy Chairman of Court of Khatlon region, Chairman of Dushanbe court and First Deputy Chairman of Supreme Court of the republic of Tajikistan.

Deputy of Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of third convocation (2005-2010).

Chairman of Committee of Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on legislation and human rights and member of Council of Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlis Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan. 

Member of fraction of the People Democratic Party of Tajikistan in Majlisi Namoyandagon.
