Born on 3 February 1952 in Vahdat district of the Republic of Tajikistan, Tajik by nationality.   Graduated from the law faculty of the National University of Tajikistan.  

Employment: operator of  republican statistic centre of Tajikistan, lawyer of Bar of lawyers of Orjenkizobod (Vahdat) district, practicing judge, judge of court of Orjenkizobod (Vahdat) district, Chairman of court of October distirct of Dushanbe, judge of court of Frunze district of Dushanbe, member of Supreme court of the Republic of Tajikistan, Chairman of Supreme Arbitrage Courts of the Republic of Tajikistan, Chairman of Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, Deputy Chairman of Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan. Deputy of Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan third convocation (2005-2010).
