Deputy of Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan from the republican single mandate constituency (from People Democratic Party of Tajkistan).  

Born on 10 October 1955 in Nurobod district of the Republic of Tajikistan, Tajik by nationality. Graduated from the engineering faculty of the State Agrarian University of Tajikistan and faculty of politology of Tashkent High Party School.

Employment: worker of construction company of Comsomolobod district, worker of state farm of “Samsoliq” of  Comsomolobod district, engineer of technical department of motor-transport depot, chief engineer of of “Selkhoztechnica” of Comsomolobod district, head agrarian department of Committee of Communist Party of Comsomolobod district, head of department of construction of hydroelectric power stations, coordinator of post-war rehabilitation programme of the World Bank and Chairman of Nurobod district.  Member of Committee of Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli  on legislation and human rights. Member of Fraction of People democratic party of Tajikistan in Majlisi Namoyandagon.

Awards: order “Sharaf, first degree”, Honourable worker of Tajikistan. Married, has six children.
