Born in 1942 in Oltinsoy district of Surkhondaryo region of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Graduated from Veterinary College of Dushanbe and Agrarian University of Tajikistan with profession of veterinary and livestock specialist. Doctor of Agrarian Sciences, Professor, Academic of Academy of Agrarian Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Author of more than 120 scientific works, including 8 books, 6 scientific recommendations, 6 scientists, including 4 candidates and 2 doctors defended their dissertations by his leadership.
