Born on 25 December 1960 in Bokhtar district of Khatlon region, Republic of Tajikistan, Tajik by nationality. He graduated from faculty of economy of the National University of Tajikistan.

Employment: member of kolkhoz “Communism” in Vakhsh district, accountant of production department No. 1, economist, free secretary of the Party Committee and head of audit commission in “Kommunizm” kolkhoz of Bokhtar district, chairman of “Mehvar” dekhan farm in Bokhtar district, first deputy Chairman of Bokhtar district and Chairman of Jilikul district of Khatlon region.

Member of Majlisi Milli of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of third convocation (2005-2010). Member of the Committee of Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on social issues, family and healthcare.
