Born on 31 October 1967 in Fayzobod district of the Republic of Tajikistan, Tajik by nationality. He graduated from law faculty of the National University of Tajikistan.

Employment: assistant of the chair of “criminal law” in law faculty, post-graduate of the National University of Tajikistan, prosecutor of the department on monitoring implementation of laws on internal and external security and international relations of the Prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Tajikistan, military prosecutor of the department of judicial surveillance of the Main Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Tajikistan,  deputy chief and chief of the Department of general supervision of Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Member of the Committee of Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on science, education, culture and youth policy. Deputy chairman of the Committee of Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on control over regulation and organization of activities.
