The Low Chamber of Parliament Council was presided by the head of high legislative organ Shukurjan Zuhurav and took into survey wide ranges Low Drafts and important decisions in the next session.
A few Law Drafts of the Republic of Tajikistan were taken into consideration in the regular session, targeted "regarding endorsement amendments into Law of Tajikistan "about criminal punishment implementation system”, "about state court expertise” and "regarding weapons”. Other issues, which were under the discussion, composed the agreement between Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and Grand Duke Luxemburg in reference to Air communication and convocation regular session of third meeting Low Chamber of Tajik Parliament that will be held on the January first. |
