The law draft of the Republic of Tajikistan ‘’about preschool education” was discussed during holding parliamentary session of Low Chamber Parliament of the Republic of Tajikistan.

     This meeting was conducted by the initiative Committee of Low Chamber Parliament of the Republic of Tajikistan regarding to science, education, cultural and youth policy which was attended by delegations of Majlisi Namoyandagon, representatives of Tajik Government, ministries, institutions, and international organizations.

     The leader of Committee of Low Chamber Parliament of Tajik Republic regarding science, education, cultural and youth policy Marhabbo Jabborova has opened the parliamentary session and expressed that the main target of conducting such session is for the discussion of "The law draft of the Republic of Tajikistan ‘’about preschool upbringing” which was made by the delegation of Majlisi namoyandagon.

     Also, the leader of Committee of Majilisi namoyandagon noted that the sphere of education is developing, we must create all favorable conditions for education, in this connection the law draft of the Republic Tajikistan "about additional education”, preschool education, preparing of high qualified specialists in labour market, literature education, as well as introducing additional and amendments to the law draft of Tajikistan ‘’about professional preschool education” by the delegation Low Chamber Parliament of Tajik Republic is being made.

     Afterward the representative of Majlisi Namoyandagon Nurrullo Okilov had delivered a speech concerning the mentioned law draft and noticed that this law was made by the aim to determine state policy direction, and financial economy.

     The abovementioned law consists of 8 chapters and 25 articles. The deputy Мinistry of Education Tojinisso Mahmadova, the President of Academy Education of Tajikistan Irina Karimova, the leader of representative office of UNICEF organization in Tajikistan Laili Moshiri, deputy Committee of Majlisi Namoyandagon Mahfirat Hidirova and other participators of session had delivered speeches in front of participators of parliamentary session and proposed their opinion for improvement of mentioned law draft.

     At the end of session resolutions related to preschool upbringing were adopted.
